He made it feel like he wanted the best for us from start to finish which made us feel extremely comfortable in a stressful situation. If there was ever a question Jay was there to answer or he would find out the answer and get back to us as soon as he found it. When it came to showing us homes he let us do our thing and didn't try and push us one way or another on a home - he allowed us to choose the home we wanted.
